Intergy Supervisory Module

All operations of the Intergy power systems are controlled and monitored by the microproccesor based SM50 series supervisory module. Each SM50 is supplied factory pre-configured ready for immediate use. System voltage, load current and status are displayed on the back-lit LCD display and changes to system parameters can be made using the menu driven control system. All system parameters are stored in transferable configuration files for convenient management of system set-ups.

Intergy Series Rectifiers

Designed for optimum performance at typical loads, Intergy rectifiers are rated up to 92% efficiency (over 90% under most load conditions) and have a broad tolerance to AC voltage changes. They can be replaced on-line with all setup adjustments made automatically. The Intergy series rectifiers include fail-safe microprocessor backup circuitry, adjustable current limit protection, high temperature turn down and over-voltage protection. An optional LCD display and control panel is available for individual control.

Intergy Rectifier Magazines

The Intergy rectifier magazines will accommodate up to three Switchhtec Intergy rectifiers in 6U high, 19 inch rack module which complies with the IEC 297 rack standard. The integrated rectifier connectors include all the AC, data and DC connections for the rectifiers providing a convenient, one-step installation of the rectifiers modules.

Intergy AC Distribution Series

The Intergy AC Distribution modules are designed for quick and easy connection of the AC supply to the Intergy power system. The modules allow front access to all cable terminations ensuring safe and convenient operation. Field replaceable surge protection devices are standard equipment and they are alarmed to ensure a consistently high level of protection from AC supply disturbances.

Intergy HRC Fuse, DC Distributions (DCF Series)

The Intergy DCF range of DC distributions has been designed to terminate telecommunications load on HRC fuses up to 630A rating. All fuses are alarmed with automatic detection of load current to prevent false alarms from unused fuse positions. Options include the ability to mix fuses and MCBs in one module.

Intergy MCB, DC Distributions (DCM Series)

Full front access is provided to allow easy termination of load and battery cables. All MCBs are alarmed with automatic detection of load current to prevent false alarms from unused MSBs. Optional 400A low voltage disconnect (LVD) built-in units are available to provide over-discharge protection for valve regulated lead acid (VRLA) batteries.

Intergy Low Voltage Disconnects

The Intergy range of low voltage disconnect (LVD) modules provide complete and automatic over-discharge protection for valve regulated lead acid (VRLA) batteries.

Available in a range of sizes, the units are easily configured from the supervisory module and have settings to suit all system types. These modules require only 4U of rack space, while providing for the connection up to 1200A loads and two battery strings per module.

Cabinet Plinth

The optional Intergy cabinet plinth (100mm high) provides and alternative bolt down base with fork lift access.

Battery Shelf Module

Up to four battery shelf modules may be used with the Intergy 1000 and 2000 series power systems to form a complete battery backed, DC power system in a single rack. Two versions of the battery shelf are available (6U and 8U) to accommodate a selection of valve regulated lead acid (VRLA) batteries (up to 105 Ah @48 V per shelf). One or two battery MCBs (up to 100A) can also be fitted to each shelf.

Parallel System Connection

Intergy power systems are designed for parallel connection using an optional parallel connection kit. Up to 48 rectifiers modules can be controlled from one SM 50 series supervisory module.

Power Manager II Remote Control and Monitoring Software

Power Manager II has been developed specifically for use with the Intergy range to provide the ability to remotely monitor and control multiple power systems from a central maintenance area, either through dial-up connections or through network supervisory channels. Further details are available on request.
